About Buenos Aires Grill
Once again under the management of its original owners in a new location, the Buenos Aires Grill provides a wide range of authentic Argentinian fare with flair as it did back in its original location for more than a decade and a half. Diners can treat their palate as well as their senses as they take in live performances of the dance of Buenos Aires, the tango. There's also plenty of happy-hour snacks and drinks, a private dining room available by reservation, as well as a wide range of wines and cocktails for dinner. Throughout the visit, the chef and staff collectively strive to provide an authentic Argentine experience from the kitchen to the table. Read on to learn more about a few of their offerings:
- Appetizers: mollejas, tender grilled veal sweetbreads with chimichurri
- Empanadas: turnovers, such as the tucuman, with hand-cut flank steak, olives, raisings aji pepper, and green onions
- From the wood-burning oven: matambre, a marinated tenderloin with roasted vegetables and pancetta, served with sweet potatoes and natural au jus
- Argentine grill favorites Parrillada for two featuring assorted cuts of beef, chicken, and sausages. Entraña, a tender flavorful skirt steak with Argentine fry bread. Gaucho Costilla, a short bone rib-eye "Cowboy Steak."
