Renée is an amazing woman. This was my 1st yoga class EVER(all levels class) & I love the atmosphere (warm, inviting, quiet, in good profssional hands, safe & cozy. She is a warm gentle soul teaching the ways of meditation along with a good work-out (yep,I'm sore,lol!). I was even late (shameful I know) & she welcomed me in, retrieved a mat immediately & I was off. Thanks to her & some other woman, I picked up the yoga lingo quickly. Looking forward to another adventure in yoga at Buffalo Barre. P.S.: You are treated as part of a"family" & even tho I had a Groupon, I wasn't treated differently than any other "full-paying" member. A GREAT experience!

Buffalo Barre's founder, Maria McKendry, was a major player in bringing the Lotte Berk method of barre fitness to Buffalo in 2012 and has continued to develop her own style since then. Her buffaloBARRE technique incorporates the best of barre fitness with pilates, yoga, and circuit training for a low-impact workout that focuses on strength, flexibility, and cardiovascular conditioning.
