I purchased a deal yesterday, but have not heard back regarding confirmation. How do I find out the status of my purchase? Wasn't I supposed to get an email? How do I get my tickets? Lisa S

Lisa, You should receive a certificate from groupon as proof for your purchase. Groupon would have to answer the question on when you receive that. But when you have that you simply bring your proof of purchase to the ballpark to gain entry.
