1. What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? _ Buffalo Cigars sells premium cigars & accessories. We stand out because, first, we are several times larger than any others in terms of locations, number of products and size of humidors, but secondly, because we have created an unmatched cigar culture in WNY - we are a cigar destination, not necessarily just a place to stop in and buy cigars._

2. What was the inspiration to start or run this business? This business was inspired by our love for the pastime of cigar smoking. There are very few activities where people of all genders, races, income levels, etc, find common ground and relax together.

3. What do you love most about your job? That we make our customers happy.

4. What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? When they constantly thank us for providing a home away from home for them to meet with friends or just relax and watch a game while smoking their favorite cigar.
