I had a massage with James and it was awesome. I feel great and he got every insanely stiff area I've had due to stress and everyday life. Very professional and personable staff. Very beautiful location and building. Highly recommend.

SCAM!! This place SUCKS! They cancelled my appointment last minute and then reported to Groupon that I had used the voucher. Now I can't get a refund or the massage! DON'T BUY GROUPON FOR THIS PLACE.

First of all, Jasmine is an excellent therapist and I would return again. I was very disappointed in being told that my Groupon could not be honored and I had to pay an extra 21$ for the massage. I was told that I could only buy one Groupon and that is what I did. The explanation from the receptionist was that I could only buy one groupon "ever" from Buffalo Holistic Center. I had purchased a groupon last year for massages. No where on the Groupon offering or rules etc. did it say I couldn't buy another, different groupon from this merchant, after many months had passed. So I paid the 21$ difference and I was not pleased with her explanation. The receptionist was very polite and professional, but I certainly did not agree. She said it was explained on their website, but my understanding is based on what is written on the sale offering paragraphs on the Groupon site.
