Our classes are taught in a relaxed, non-intimidating way. We are able to offer very personal sized classes so you receive the attention you deserve when starting something new. We cater to each members pace and concentrate on improving all aspects of your health.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
As soon as you enter you feel welcomed by the community. We offer a nice, no drama, non-judgmental environment. The coaching style is personal without being overbearing. We strive to push you in a safe manner, so you can attain the goals you set. Our community is second to none, come see why.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Helping people to improve their lives. Everyone wants to be healthy, and we enjoy teaching, coaching, and helping those on their self improvement road. You have incredible potential, we want to help you realize, and unlock that potential. We love helping people become happy in their own skin.

What do you love most about your job?
Seeing people struggle and overcome what in their mind was difficult or even impossible. We have all been beginners, and even now remember how intimidating just starting was. As a coach I love seeing people push past their comfort zone and change their lives for the better.
