I purchased a 2yr. subscription as a gift and received my voucher. I followed the instructions on the voucher re. the website shown, however, this takes me to the Groupon site to make a purchase, whereas, I've already done that. This being my first purchase thru Groupon, where am I going wrong?? Dick S.

Hi Richard. it sounds like you are trying to do this via our regular subscription page on our main website. There is a "back door" page that you need to go to, in order to supply the mailing address for your subscription. That link is shown on your voucher under the redemption instructions. It must be typed EXACTLY as shown or it will not take you there. You can just cut and paste it, if that is easier.
