My friend and I are visiting San Francisco the end of October, do you have a class scheduled for the 27th or 31st? Thanks, Pamela

A:

Hi Pamela, Unfortunately we don't have classes scheduled for those days. We do have a Oct 24 session, just in case that would work for you. Thanks, Janet

Q:

Hi Janet, I have a Scutt electric ceramic kiln and I'm wondering if I could use this kiln after I learned how to do the glass slumping firing from you. Thanks, Anne

anne m.  asked on  Sep 10, 2012

A:

Yes, you can almost certainly use the kiln for glass. At it's most basic, all you need is something that can get hot (1500 at most) and has a digital controller. Janet
