Burger Craft is a hamburger hub on a mission. It's run by second- and third-generation farmers who strive to create meals that are, in their own words, "sustainable, local, humane." To that end, they use beef that's locally sourced, grass fed, and free of hormones and antibiotics.
Customers personalize those 100% natural patties, choosing from a list of local ingredients. Specialty burgers include the Marrow, topped with Vermont aged cheddar, micro-greens, and, of course, marrow, as well as the Pig, heaped with pulled pork and barbecue sauce. And the commitment to sustainability even extends to the burgers' packaging—if customers choose to forgo the naturally lit dining room and take their meals to-go, the burgers are packed in eco-friendly containers.
