Very difficult to contact vendor. Took all morning to contact and finally learned that not no tours until 4:00! Finally just paid on trolley. Wastes a lot of time. Tour was ok and driver took extra time but not always useful info. How we i would recommend d as good overview of Burlington VT. He didn't provide the water as promised
