- Burn — each class consists of 35 minutes of cardio and 25 minutes of strength training (abs, legs, glutes, and upper body), and is build around popular music hits requested by students
- Boot Camp — these classes work all major and minor muscle groups (abs, legs, glutes, upper body, and more), helping to firm the whole body; students perform the exercise at each workout station as many times as they can for 60 seconds, then switch to the next station

About BURN Aerobics
Created in 2017 by a professional group exercise instructor with over twelve years' experience, BURN Aerobics strives to provide all practitioners a fun, exciting space for shedding all the unwanted calories. Each hour-long class is designed to be half-cardio half-strength, combining dance exercise with weight training. BURN also offers boot camps, during which each student learns to push their own limits and increase their fitness.
