Q:

Hi. I have a shoulder injury so I cannot do exercises using weights above shoulder level. Would these classes be suitable for me? Can I substitute exercises or modify them without disrupting the class? Thank you. Alexandra

Alexandra M.  asked on  Oct 28, 2012

A:

Hi Alexandra You can definitely still participate! Just introduce yourself to me at the beginning of class and I'll give you modifications to make sure you do not irritate your shoulder. What exactly is the injury? If you can email me more details about the injury before class then I can be 100% sure that t is safe for you. Amanda@busybabesfitness.com

Q:

Hi There! I am pushing 60..ha, ha. Not exactly a busy babe but try to think young and stay motivated. I am just wondering if classes also reach an older age group. I exercise at a local club now 5 or 6 times a week so am not new to fitness BUT love your philosophy which would be a welcomed change for me. Thanks for offering such a good deal. I am not afraid to push myself and love to be motivated. Cathy Miller-Davis

A:

Sounds great, Cathy! We would love to have you in our class! The classes are suitable for all levels of fitness. I provide low imapct and high impact options as well as beginner, intermediate and advanced versions of each exercise. You can definately do either class as I have had 65+ women in my classes whom enjoy them and have seen great results! Amanda

Q:

I work shift. Are you able to participate in any of the classes, or do you need to sign on to a specific set of 10 classes??

Monika W.  asked on  Oct 26, 2012

A:

Hi Monika A class card is perfect for you because you can attend any classes and do not have to commit to a specific time, day or class. You can use the classes whenever you like! Just let me know in advance which classes so I can ensure there is room in the classes because they fill up easily!:) Amanda
