Butter Chicken Indian Cuisine
If you're going to name a restaurant after a single dish, you'd be hard-pressed to find one better than butter chicken. Anyone who's eaten this Indian classic can attest to its near-addictive flavor—tender pieces of chicken smothered in a creamy sauce infused with tomato and authentic spices. That said, if you're going to name your restaurant after butter chicken, you better be able to whip up a stunning version of it. Fortunately, it's Executive Chef Sebak Atriko's specialty—or, rather, one of his many specialties. He also whips up warm, buttery naan, sizzling tandoori shrimp, and crimson-colored cuts of chicken tikka masala. But his culinary prowess extends beyond the typical Indian fare, too. He also dabbles in pan-Asian favorites, from Tibetan momo dumplings to Manchurian chicken.
