The office is super easy to find with lots of parking. The office is VERY clean; the room I was in was spotless and well organized. Dr Chen explained the procedure and the results I should expect as well as how often between treatments and how many I should have to see the ultimate results. She applied numbing cream and started the treatment about 20 minutes later. She carefully lasers the inside of your lip area and lips themselves in short bursts. I found the numbing cream worked very well except for my lip line which I felt no relief - so that brought some tears to my eyes, NGL. Not the Dr's fault, just the way I responded to the numbing product. The treatment itself was about 15 minutes. Super fast and I ran to Hot Yoga right after. My lips feel firm and full, that should subside in a few days (I really like this look, plus they are really pink and youthful looking). Treatment is every 3 weeks for 4 sessions and then full results in 6 months from your own collagen. I know this isn't the same as filler results; this is to rejuvenate my aging lips, first. Oh my lips are real dry and I just had this done this morning, so make sure you are prepared with a no color lip balm. I am using shea butter to keep the peeling at a minimum. Looking forward to getting 3 more treatments and completing the session for a plumper fall pout.
