I only took one class and it was great. The 90 minute HOT Yoga class flew by. I have done yoga, but not this variation. It was hot, but not blistering burning hot so it wasn't uncomfortable and my towel was drenched. The instructor was great about describing and demonstrating the poses.

I'm sold! I've been practicing for almost 9 years, off and on. When I walked into the studio for my first class (6:15am) I was greeted by the owner. She's the epitome of professional and welcoming. She led us through a very high quality class. The studio is clean and the other yogis are very welcoming. I had several questions after class and she took great interest in helping me understand how to improve my practice. You should definitely give it a try!

Great class, Sunday afternoon not to crowded. Teacher was a sub and was really patient. Location worked for me, clean and staff helpful. Money well spent!

Exercise is challenging, and people frequently give up on their fitness routines. How do you keep clients motivated?

We provide a supportive community, nurturing and knowledgeable instructors, and a clean and safe space to practice in. We meet people where they are, and are not necessarily results-oriented, rather we are more focused on encouraging healthy habits and lifestyles. Our motto is "Be Your Cure": we promote a proactive approach, personal responsibility, and ownership of your health and well being.

What is the biggest mistake you see people make when trying to get fit on their own?

The mistake IS trying to do it on their own. It's important to have support whether it's the professional support of teachers or being in a community of like-minded individuals to help motivate and keep you encouraged.

Is there anything else you want to add that we didn't cover?

_We are a total experience and not just an exercise gym. You will meet positive people that are not judgmental. We have a great community that stands on a foundation of caring and knowledgeable instructors and a desire to change lives for the better, forever. The yoga we provide is unique: the room is heated to 105º and 40% humidity, generally a little warmer then your average "hot" yoga studio. The style of yoga offered comes from the Ghosh lineage of Hatha yoga. ...
