My first time using C and M cleaning and I am very pleased. With minimal instructions they did an excellent and Detailed cleaning in my kitchen and living area. They were professional and were not rushing. I had no time to check on them due to being busy at work but they were working hard and it showed when they finished. Will definitely hire them again. Thank you so much for making my kitchen new again! 😁

They showed up late. When they got to the house, the cleaner complained that the 2 hour job that I paid for before scheduling was not enough time. She complained that my 4pm time slot should have been earlier, even though the "manager" confirmed it days in advance. I had to repeat several times what I wanted done. The manager had to help her because she clearly didn't want to be there. I asked them to clean the floors under the couch. They said ok, but when I checked the camara and under the couch after they left, they hadnt cleaned it. The cleaner used the same rag on dinner trays after she cleaned 2 bathrooms and even wiped the floor with that same rag. They tried to leave 30 minutes early. After they left, I inspected. The floors still had stuff on them. Their cleaning solution didn't smell fresh.

We are sorry you had a bad experience with our company as we strive to make sure every customer is happy with our service before we leave any job. As you were notified that the cleaners were running late due to traffic before arrival and we were notified that was fine. Also the scope of work load was not clearly indicated until arrival as we normally do not clean 2000 square feet homes including a basement with one cleaner for 2 hours for less than a $100 also moving furniture which what was indicated during a standard clean that is included in another deep cleaning package. We also do not use the the same rags on different surfaces we have plenty of new ones for that and we use zep professional grade cleaning solutions on every job we do not use cheap cleaning solutions. I would never send another cleaner to this location as they were rude the whole time from the moment the front door opened. Thank you.
