All members receive unlimited access to the gym’s exercise equipment, in addition to metabolic conditioning classes and nutrition seminars. Members can also take advantage of an individualized fitness program and unlimited coaching from Cascade Peak Performance’s team of trainers. Additional personal training sessions help exercisers work harder, show up more often, and learn more about what their bodies need to get in shape. Membership also includes access to weekly classes such as metabolic-conditioning, strength-training, and women’s weight-lifting sessions.

At Cascade Peak Performance, it's never too late to lead a healthy life. Trainer Chris Squires and his team develop custom, individualized workout programs for every member. Powered by motivational coaching strategies, exercises are also tailored to each member’s current fitness level. These safe, effective workouts also work in tandem with functional movement screenings that analyze the body and restore fundamentally sound movement patterns.
