C’Beaux’s Coastal Kitchen
C’Beaux’s Coastal Kitchen serves certified Wild American shrimp that's pulled fresh from gulf waters and has never known a plane or cargo container. If it wasn't already apparent, this cajun seafood joint prides itself on its relationship with local gulf shrimpers and a commitment to regional flavors. The founder hails from Port Arthur and carried his love of cajun food all the way to Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy and then to the restaurant, where he now put his culinary skills to work through the lens of regional flavors. C'Beaux's also stays true to its roots with crawfish and catfish dishes, which are served alone or in staples like gumbo and jambalaya. In some instances, hands are a better fit than utensils, like when chowing on po' boys and catfish tacos with house remoulade.
