Q:

How much would it be for a sectional sofa? It has 5 cushions.

Lynne S.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

A Sectional Sofa would cost $149. We pre-treat the upholstery with a body oil treatment which is the main culprit in dirty upholstery. Soil will stick to an oily substance better than dry fibers. Once the pre-treatment has been scrubbed through the fibers we use our hot water extraction system to rinse the fibers clean with conditioned water. Deodorizers are also included in our rinse process to kill any lingering odors that might have been in the upholstery. Finally the upholstery is groomed to look like new. Hope to see you soon.

Q:

This seems like a really great deal but I'm wondering if there are any hidden fees that I should know about before purchasing; such as cleaning products.

Tiffany R.  asked on  Feb 1, 2013

A:

There are no hidden fees. The only advice I can give you to extend the savings is to make sure all of the carpet you want cleaned will be covered by the Groupon. Its cheaper to go with a larger Groupon than to pay overage fees. The overage fees are regular price. Hope to see you soon.

Q:

Is the price the same for dry cleaning as wet cleaning. Also, will you clean only the walk areas in the three (3) rooms?

Anna T.  asked on  Jan 31, 2013

A:

Yes the price is the same for wet or dry cleaning, this Groupon covers only the dry. The two systems use completely different equipment. The wet process takes about 3 time longer to perform. We prefer the dry method for many reasons, and classify the wet extraction process as "Salvage Carpet Cleaning", which we do not offer at a discounted rate. We will clean as much carpet in the 3 rooms as you want cleaned. Just cleaning the traffic patterns lets us stretch farther into large rooms. Anything over 400Sq Ft is normal price. It is cheaper to go with a larger Groupon if you have more than 400 Sq Ft to clean. Hope to see you soon.

Q:

I have approx. 400 sq. ft. in 3 rooms and hallway by not shampooing the entire room. I only want the areas cleaned that are exposed and walked on. Is this the correct approach?? Also, what type of equipment are you using....

Joyce K.  asked on  Jan 30, 2013

A:

Yes, they can clean the specific areas you need. They use a 100% dry system. It is called Host Dry Extraction. It involves a dry compound being spread over the carpet and machines with counter rotating brushes combing the compound (dry extraction sponges) through the fibers. The sponges absorb soils, oils, pet dander, allergens, dust mites etc.
