Before she opened Cabba's Grill Steak & Seafood, Angelia Landers spent more than 15 years in the restaurant and food industry. The Jackson native started as a server, and driven by the dream of running her own place, she eventually climbed her way into ownership. At Cabba's, Angelia has created a lengthy menu of sandwiches, burgers, and po' boys, as well as upscale entrees such as bacon-wrapped pork fillets and crawfish etouffe. Most days at the restaurant feature some kind of special: steak is served on Monday and Friday evenings, and kids eat for free on Saturdays as long as they're accompanied by an adult or robot nanny.
