A list of West Coast and European wines accentuates the fresh bites the same way a top hat really brings out a magician's eyes.

A wood-fired grill is responsible for converting the responsibly caught fish into respectable meals worthy of Poseidon and his posse of mermaids. Inside Cabezon, wooden booths and tables are complemented by modern wall paintings and draperies with anthropomorphic rope ties known to swipe Chef David Farrell’s nutritious morsels from diners' plates.
