Commonly Asked Questions

Q:

Hi! Thank you for offering this deal. I have two quick questions. With this offer, which suite area will a dog stay in? Besides the two walks, how much play time do they get outside of their kennels? Thank you!

Missi C.  asked on  May 9, 2012

A:

This offer is for out Pet Set Suite. The twice daily walks are for dogs who need to use the restroom outside of their kennel. If the dog(s) use the outdoor portion of their run to use the restroom we sanitize after them. This means hosing, sanitizing, and squeegeeing. The coupon also offers a day of play time in the play yard. This is one day that the dog(s) will receive three thirty minute sessions in the play yard. If you would like more days of play time you will have to request this. There is a charge of $10 per day, per family. Thanks so much!

We do not offer drop off that early. So sorry. Also, only one coupon per household and the coupon must be used all at once. It can't be split up. Thanks!

Q:

What health records are you required to bring with you? How early do reservations need to be made?

Allison N.  asked on  May 10, 2012

A:

Right now we are booked for the remaining weekends in May. I would book at least a week in advance during the summer time. We require rabies and bordetella.

Q:

I have 2 dogs- 1 medium sized female and 1 small male chi/rat terrier mix. They can board together but the little one isn't as socialized or something as he takes longer to warm up to other dogs. Is there an alternate to playtime for him? Thanks! Sherri Godeaux

sherri g.  asked on  May 9, 2012

A:

We would be able to do play sessions with just your dogs and no other dogs. This way we don't have a fight.

Q:

Are play times included or just walks? If so how many play times? And how long are they and the walks? Thanks.

Joe B.  asked on  May 9, 2012

A:

The package includes one day of several trips to the yard for romping time. The sessions last about 30 minutes and are spread out through out the day. Without the coupon this feature is $10 per day, per family. Otherwise the dogs are walked twice a day for restroom breaks if needed. If the dogs use the outdoor portion of their run to use the restroom we simply hose, sanitize, and squeegee the run. Keeping it nice and clean.

Q:

Is the amount per day or for the full three days? So for three dogs, three days (is that three nights or three days/two nights) it would be how much? Are they kenneled together or separately? Thank you.

Lynn W.  asked on  May 9, 2012

A:

If you purchase the 3 day 3 dogs package, that is the full price for all three dogs to stay for all 3 nights. You would pick up on the 4th day during business hours. That would complete the coupon offer.
