Perspiration gets mischievous when cooped up inside the body, acting out by drenching armpits on first dates and disguising itself as tears during job interviews. Release disgruntled body water with today's Groupon: for $49, you get one month of unlimited fitness classes at Cadence Fitness (a $134.40 value).

Cadence Fitness’s all-female classes foster a noncompetitive, music-filled environment for women to freely explore movement in a 900-square-foot studio. Drop-in classes garner unlimited access to 90-minute pole-based workouts, during which instructors coach muscles in strength and flexibility while encouraging participants to develop their own movement style and rapport with reserved poles. Alignment, awareness, and coordination all come out of hibernating in the subconscious’s back country during the small-sized aerial yoga classes, during which slow-motion tumblers learn how to distribute weight between slings and floor through inverted and minimal-compression postures. The Risque Groove class develops spatial awareness, flexibility, and endurance, and clients form dance dissertations in modern burlesque routines and belly dancing.

No prior dance experience is required for instructors’ varied choreography. Fifteen-foot ceilings, frosted windows, and wall-to-wall mirrors bolster workout experiences to heights only reachable by caffeinated rock climbers. Students should arrive for sessions in form-fitting clothing and free from jewellery, but shoes are not required.

Cadence fitness is a fantastic place to go if you are looking for a different kind of workout or activity or to expand your horizons on what you think you can do physically. It's fun, the atmosphere and teachers are welcoming.
