The service was excellent. Miss Frances greeted me at the counter, she was friendly and patient answering all my questions. Kiki performed the facial and was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It was a relaxing experience for me.

Horrible ! Other than the warm welcome, my experience was bad to say the least. I purchased a facial with extractions for my teenage son in order to have his black heads removed. I clearly explain that was the main reason I was there. The power wasn’t working in the room and once the facial was done the black heads were still there! I complained about not getting what I paid & nothing was done

This was my second facial from California beauty Academy. Carmen greets everyone coming in and lets the students know that you’re ready for your service. And my facial was absolutely excellent. I was disappointed because I had made Other commitments after my facial and couldn’t go home and take a nap that I would have loved to of taken. It was one of the most relaxing facials I have ever had
