About Callaro's Steak House
Callaro's Steak House has been serving flavorful gourmet steaks to the Palm Beach area for more than a decade, racking up accolades from TripAdvisor and the Palm Beach Post along the way. But this success didn't just happen overnight; in fact, a dedication to top-quality meats runs in the Callaro family. Read on to learn more:
The History: Danny's Pork Store
Along Arthur Avenue in the Bronx, you'll find some of the best Italian food anywhere. Danny Callaro, Sr. helped forge that reputation with Danny's Pork Store, which became known throughout the region for its incredible Italian sausages, salami, and meats. Though the store might be gone, the family tradition lives on at Callaro's Steakhouse in Lake Worth. There, Danny Callaro, Jr. picks up where his father left off while treating customers to the finest meats available.
Callaro's Steak House strictly serves USDA Prime or Premier Top Choice steaks. The restaurant's hand-selected steaks come from the finest corn-fed Midwestern beef, and they're aged four to five weeks to ensure perfect tenderness and flavor. In the kitchen, Chef Keith Scragg plates up roasted prime rib and double-cut lamb and pork chops that give the steaks a run for their money. Chef Scragg has a passion for seafood, too, which is why his menu also features just-caught fish topped with homemade sauces.
