The History: Danny's Pork Store

Though the store might be gone, the family tradition lives on at Callaro's Steakhouse in Lake Worth. Callaro's Steak House strictly serves USDA Prime or Premier Top Choice steaks. The restaurant's hand-selected steaks come from the finest corn-fed Midwestern beef, and they're aged four to five weeks to ensure perfect tenderness and flavor. In the kitchen, Chef Keith Scragg plates up roasted prime rib and double-cut lamb and pork chops that give the steaks a run for their money. Chef Scragg has a passion for seafood, too, which is why his menu also features just-caught fish topped with homemade sauces.
