Camille Cusumano, a former writer at VIA Magazine, has taught workshops in Buenos Aires and San Francisco, published hundreds of stories and edited literary anthologies on France, Italy, Mexico, and Greece, a Love Story. She is the author of the popular travel memoir, Tango, an Argentine Love Story.
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
At this workshop on Saturday, October 17, 11am to 4pm, we'll fire up your muse in a clean, well-lighted place of historical significance. Wi-fi available. Bring your favorite writing materials, whether paper or laptop, and a story you are working on. Reserve asap, workshop, limited to 24.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Camille Cusumano has enjoyed a long, rewarding publishing career that includes writing on food, fitness, health, and travel. She learned long ago that travel writing is one of the oldest forms of literary style. Her next big trip is to India in 2016.
What do you love most about your job?
The part of being a travel writer: She who writes travels twice—once when she takes the trip, again when she relives it as well-crafted story. Get the most out of your travels.
