Q:

What does "non-transferable" mean in the context of THIS Groupon? May I purchase one and give it as a Christmas gift?

Betsy G.  asked on  Dec 7, 2011

A:

Yes, you may purchase it as a Gift Groupon--when you do so, you will be prompted for the recipient's name. You cannot purchase it for yourself and then give it to someone else as your name will be on the Groupon.

Q:

I've had my teeth whitened once before and it was extremely painful as my teeth are sensitive. Is this kind of whitening different and ok for sensitive teeth?

Alina N.  asked on  Dec 6, 2011

A:

Alina, Each patient reacts differently to whitening. Our doctor will start slowly on a short session to see if there is a negative reaction. If you do not enjoy your experience, you can contract groupon to ask for a refund.

Q:

How much does Invisalign treatment usually cost? What are the ranges in price from best case to worse case scenario?

Thomas A.  asked on  Dec 6, 2011

A:

Thomas, The fee for Invisalign, like other Orthodontic Treatments, depends on the complexity and length of the case. If you are in network with an insurance company your fee will be determined in part by the insurance company, but the average range is from $4,300 - $6,600.

Q:

Should I not get my teeth whitened if I have a fake tooth? I don't want there to be a discrepancy between the shades...

Alexandra J.  asked on  Dec 6, 2011

A:

Alexandra, Fake or restored teeth don't whiten. If there is a discrepancy between the shades, your options would be to either replace the fake tooth or get a whiter restoration.

Bridget, Normally, a 1 hour session get your teeth the whitest. All teeth that show when you talk or smile will be whitened.

Q:

I am 5 months pregnant. Can I do a whitening now r do I have to wait until the baby is born? Thank you, Val

Valerie H.  asked on  Dec 6, 2011

A:

Valerie, For cosmetic procedures it's best to wait until the baby is born. You have a full year to redeem the groupon, so we would be happy to honor it within the next 12 months.
