Q:

If our dog for some reason doesn't pass the temperament assessment, do we get a refund of the groupon?

A:

If you ever have an issue redeeming your Groupon, please contact our Customer Service Department by clicking here or calling us at 877-788-7858. We'll be happy to help!

Mike, you will get refunded if your dog does not pass the interview day. Fortunately, 98% of dogs pass the interview. Dogs that don't pass usually fall in two categories: shy/not socialized dogs get too scared in group environment, aggressive dogs that pick fights get disqualified as well.

Q:

Saw that this isn't valid for major holidays. If we are out of town for 10 days around Christmas, can we use this for 6 of those days and just pay the regular rate for the other 4? Thanks

Thanks for your interest.

For specific scheduling inquiries, feel free to call directly at (718) 392-9663.
