Music from the biggest name in all of baroque, Johann Sebastian Bach, kicks off the latest concert by the esteemed California Chamber Orchestra, made up of some of the best professional musicians in Riverside County, San Diego and all of SoCal. For this performance at the Murrieta United Methodist Church, conductor Dana Zimbric is set to lead the ensemble in Bach's Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, and they'll later be joined by baroque lute and guitar soloist John Schneiderman for Vivaldi and Kohuat concertos. Also on the program are pieces from Sammartini, Handel and Resphighi, whose Ancient Airs and Dances, Suite No. 3 closes out the evening.
