A popular performer skilled in hypnotism, mentalism, astrology and clairvoyance, Erik Jan Hanussen was the toast of Berlin in the early 1930s, when he opened his Palace of the Occult, a grand fortune-telling parlor frequented by society swells. In this interactive and intimate re-creation, capped at just 75 guests, writer-performer Neil Tobin stars as Hanussen, taking you back to the club's historic opening, where the Nazis and others were entertained with amazing feats and predictions. Tobin's best known for his long-running hit Supernatural Chicago, and a portion of proceeds from his latest show at Chicago's Prop Theatre is set to benefit the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center.
