In this whimsical and romantic adaptation of the 1928 gender-flipping Virginia Woolf novel, transformation and identity are magically explored. Orlando tells the story of an individual born as a male in Elizabethan England. Over the course of an astounding 300-year lifespan, Orlando mysteriously transforms into a female. It becomes an epic journey of discovery and adventure as we travel with Orlando through the ages. Distinguished playwright Sarah Ruhl adapts and Woolf soars, with both writers winning accolades from actors and audiences alike.
