What You'll Get
Violin Virtuoso Jennifer Koh and thrilling pianist Shai Wosner join forces in a concert series that explores Beethoven's sonatas for violin and piano with a contemporary touch. Seeking to start creative conversations about the universality of Beethoven's music, each performance features music commissioned as a musical "bridge" to his iconic works. Inspiring and inventive, the series was conceived by Koh to relate the impact and significance Beethoven has had on both composers and musicians. She'll be joined by frequent collaborator Wosner at the Herbst Theatre at the San Francisco War Memorial Building in San Francisco.
