Revenge is a dish best served cold -- and even better prepared without your mother having to be there. After the boss' daughter falls into a coma, Billy is tasked with one simple job: Find and scare the dealer who sold her the bad drugs. However, Billy's ultimate torture mission gets derailed when he has to bring his mom along for the ride (after all, it is her night for the car). Suddenly Billy's standard revenge plot takes an unexpected turn and the boss is after him, his mom has all the drugs and all the money has shrunk in the wash. Written by Rosemary Jenkinson and directed by Abigail Isaac Fine, The Dealer of Ballynafeigh brings sharp wit and incisive commentary to D.C.'s Keegan Theatre in this offbeat dark comedy.
This show contains strong violence, including gunshots and stage blood effects, and is intended for mature audiences only. It is recommended for ages 16 and older.
