"Good artists copy," Pablo Picasso allegedly said. "Great artists steal." This saying is echoed in the mission of imaginative theatrical troupe The Plagiarists: to "steal" from literature, art, history and the culture at large to create new theater that finds the familiar in the strange. Their latest production, belladonna luna sonata, takes you to an island estate, where an aging maestro shares the story of a musical life -- as well as that one time he tried to destroy the world. Watch this melancholy tale about earth-shattering art unfold at the Frontier in Chicago.
