The Queen Mary Dome transforms into a 13,000-square-foot igloo called The Ice Kingdom - where Charles Dickens' classic novel, A Christmas Carol, comes to life with over two million pounds of ice at this year's CHILL holiday event. Created by an international team of expert ice carvers and enhanced with stunning sound, lights and colors for a captivating experience unlike any other, The Ice Kingdom takes visitors through the frozen streets of London as they follow Ebenezer Scrooge to discover the meaning of Christmas. Take in the sights and sounds of a Victorian Street, sightsee landmarks such as Big Ben and the London Bridge and ride the giant ice slide next to the River Thames. It's all hand-carved from more than 2 million pounds of ice right here in Long Beach. Outside of The Ice Kingdom, you can go ice tubing on the glistening ice slides, wander through a traditional Victorian hedge maze, watch the art of candlemaking and enjoy festive entertainment. Your ticket also allows same-day entry onto the historic Queen Mary and one entry to the new 4D Theater featuring The Polar Express 4-D Experience.
CHILL will also feature nightly live entertainment, festive food and beverages and so much more.
Tickets purchased through Goldstar are good for admission to The Ice Kingdom and unlimited ice tubing. Your CHILL ticket is also good for same-day access to the ship.
Don’t forget to grab a parka upon entering The Ice Kingdom — temperatures drop to nine degrees!
