Two-time Grammy nominee Justin Roberts is truly one of the all-stars of the indie family music scene. He logs thousands of miles on the road each year, leading some to call him the hardest working man in children's show business. Steeped in comparisons to everyone from Elvis Costello to Green Day, Roberts has garnered kudos and raves from The New York Times, Los Angeles Times and more, thanks to albums like Jungle Gym and tracks like "My Brother Did It" and "Recess." Now the singer-songwriter and his band the Not Ready for Naptime Players are headed to New York's Symphony Space for a rare and intimate acoustic performance. Bop along as they dish out their signature unexpectedly intelligent and whimsically rocking kid-centric music played in a way you've never heard before.
Running time is approximately one hour.
This performance is recommended for children ages 2 and older.
Before the performance, you can check out the first ever pre-show activity center for families, Social Space at Just Kidding. There, you can meet vendors, learn about new family-friendly companies and services and enjoy activities and free samples.
