Be there when one of the nation's oldest community orchestras performs an alliterative (and awesome) program that spans Romanticism, from the movement's flowering with Beethoven, through the stormy French experiments of Berlioz and onto the German perfection of Brahms. Music director Jay Friedman conducts Berlioz's overture to his uncompleted opera Les Francs-Juges as well as Beethoven's Violin Concerto (with concertmaster John Gerson taking the epic solo) and Brahms' Symphony No. 1. at Lund Auditorium.
