Appointment Scheduling
- All services require a pre-scheduled appointment. Walk-ins are accepted only if a therapist is available.
Check-In & Arrival
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete necessary paperwork.
- If you arrive late, we will do our best to offer the full session; however, due to scheduling constraints, your service may be shortened.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations or Reschedule made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee of $30 added to the cost of the scheduled service.
- As a courtesy to other clients, appointments will be automatically canceled 15 minutes after the scheduled start time and charged in accordance with our cancellation policy.
Session Duration
- To avoid delays for subsequent appointments, service durations may be abbreviated; please note that
- shortened sessions are billed at the full service rate.
Child & Companion Policy
- Unsurpervised children are not permitted on the premises. If you must bring a young child, proper supervision
- by an additional caretaker is required.
- Companions are not allowed during your session unless their presence is strictly necessary to assist you.
Conduct Guidelines
- We ask that all guests maintain a quiet and respectful demeanor in the front desk and waiting areas to avoid
- disturbing ongoing sessions.
Service Expiration & Refunds
- All services must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Once a service is paid for, no refunds will be issued if you choose to cancel or reschedule.

- We reserve the right of admission to our space to ensure a safe and relaxing environment for all clients.
- The certificate purchased is non-transferable and must be used exclusively by the person who bought it.
