Hidden fee to book service, 20$ even though paid in full with Groupon beforehand, deposit was not refunded. Service ended up costing more through Groupon. The ambiance of the space was very clean and welcoming, the technician was extremely friendly. However, the technician over processed eyebrows for lamination treatment and I now have curly eyebrows.
