Beautiful and clean space, and the staff were so kind. Would go back!

I had a session with Lily, she was really amazing. My skin feels hydrated and dewy.

The place is nice and clean. The stuff are friendly. However, I bought a voucher for Fotona face and neck, but my neck was barely touched.

I made an appointment to go there. Place was clean&neat. After arrive, they took pictures of my face. And then process started. Prior to the phone call I've been informed that this is a 30 min procedure(fotona) but I stayed in literally 11 min including taking photos. And I was told it was a 15 procedure for groupon. The lady who handled it was really nice. I believe her name was Susan. Very friendly, sweet girl. But the girl who works at the desk was very unfriendly. I checked their website prior to go there and I saw they have a monthly membership and I was quite impressed. When I was inside, Susan also mentioned it and when I came to desk I asked her about to get an information and desk lady told me to check website. And then I wanted to tip and did not have any cash. I asked how can I give tip she told me either Venmo or zelle. Phone reception was really bad there and it took 2 3 min for me to handle that and she was keep pushing me to get moving. I felt soooo uncomfortable and I left there. I was really considering to get a membership but after the treatment I received, I decided not to move forward. I also live in the neighborhood and and informed everyone in our neighborhood group about my experience. That's not how you conduct a business ladies.

Used a Groupon for an acne treatment (regularly $200, paid $80). The session lasted only 15 minutes and felt rushed. The provider was pushy about upselling and dismissed me quickly when I didn’t commit to more. Disappointing experience.
