They charged me additional $8.25. It is nowhere disclosed in the description. They claim transmission to DMV is included. It is misleading.

Hello Dmitry,
The state of California charges $8.25 for your certificate and in order to get your vehicle tested it has to come in to a smog shop to get tested. Once the vehicle has been tested and it passes inspection that is when the certificate is generated and the additional $8.25 is charged by the state. However if the vehicle fails the emission test there will be no charge of $8.25. Information is disclosed in the description as well. Thanks for your feedback hope this helps.
