This includes Silver package plus:
Moderate bug and tar removal on the exterior, minor scratches buffed out, a clay bar to smooth you paint out, and moderate stain removal interior

Silver Detail
This includes:
Vacuuming the floors and seats, minor stain removal, windows cleaned, cleaning the dash and vents, hand wash and dry exterior, quick wax applied on exterior, tires cleaned and shined

-Everyone’s drop off time is 8:00am. If multiple cars are booked for the same day, drop off is still 8:00am, we will complete vehicles based on who scheduled off first. If you chose to leave because your vehicle will not be completed first, there is a $50 rescheduling fee that is to be paid in cash upon new appointment-even if you choose to drop off later in the same day.
-If you no call no show and call back for a new appointment, there is a $100 rescheduling fee due upon new appointment. If you call before 7am to cancel appointment for same day, there is no rescheduling fee.
-If you do not have your Groupon voucher printed you must have it on your phone. If you do not have your Groupon voucher and mark it as completed we will not release your vehicle back to you. This is to ensure we receive payment for work completed.
-If your vehicle is excessively stained or there is pet hair in the vehicle there will be an up charge. This will be determined by our detailer and must be paid in cash upon vehicle pick up (we will call to let you know before we complete the work). Dollar amount of up charge depends on vehicle condition and size.
-Great prices and amazing work sometimes means there is a wait for scheduling. We do our best to accommodate everyone but please keep in mind we schedule out as far as a few months. We may have openings sooner so please call to check our constantly changing schedule.
