My daughter and I both recently got services with Chloe; the lash lift and perm and the eyebrow lamination, shape and tint. She’s a very nice girl and it was a nice and comfortable location. Neither service turned out as expected- she told me I needed to grow more eyebrow hair- which the purpose of the shape tint lamination is to cover spots where hair doesn’t grow. Ummm. Also my new girl told me that Chloe over processed my brow hair, and my daughters lash lift perm lasted about 5 days. If it’s your first time she’ll do the job, Until you go somewhere else and see how it’s really supposed to be done. Practice is everything! I hesitated to write this cause I don’t want to hurt anyone or their business but my daughter pointed out- she needs to know so she can get better. The Beauty Industry is 90% repeat customers and Groupon is to build your client book. That is not what is happening here. Small example of the difference would be my new girl had me look at my brows repeatedly during the process to make sure it was as I wanted, whereas Chloe handed me the mirror when she was done.
