Liz went above and beyond. I had root grow out and bleached hair and wanted a more neutral low maintenance,blended blonde. She delivered it beautifully along with great conversation and music videos on the t.v. . I will definitely be back for any of my hair needs in the future.

What I asked for vs what I got. Save your $20 extra bucks and go to a real salon. I’m pretty sure this woman was drunk

As soon as I was made aware of the issue, I promptly responded and offered you an appointment the very next day to address your concerns. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response until the following day, and by the time you were available, I was unable to accommodate you. I offered an alternative date and time, which you declined. In addition to offering to fix the haircut, I also extended a complimentary hair extension installation, including the hair itself, as a gesture of goodwill. You declined this offer as well. I understand that this experience did not meet your expectations, and I have since issued a refund for your Groupon voucher purchase. I appreciate your time and feedback, and I wish you the best in your future services and endeavors.
