I’ve been to this shop twice for two different things and both times Emad and Shawn were very helpful! The most recent time I came in for a transmission flush. I explained to Emad the special circumstances of my car and he and the team came up with an idea of a hybrid flush that ultimately worked out great for my car! I appreciate the care that was actually put into making my car run better.

Shawn was great to work with, he was professional and communicated well.
The shop is clean and the staff and mechanics are all personable and seem to work in a professional manner. I watched my work being done from outside the bays.
I only had a front end alignment done, which was a great deal for only $88 through Groupon. This included a vehicle inspection which was nice and it included pictures of items that might need to be repaired in the future, but they were NOT pushy to get you to do more work. Some of the quotes were a bit high in my opinion.
For example, $212 to replace the drive belt, which took me 15 minutes to do 18 months ago, and the belt only cost me about $40 on Amazon.
I typically do most of my own work and routine maintenance on my vehicles (fluids, brakes, belts, hoses etc...) so I would have known if they embellished the need for certain repairs. There was some "suggestive marketing", but that is to be expected with a Groupon Promo, but I found it to be helpful in assessing how this business operates.
