- Sanitize the return grills for free.
- Adjust airflow if needed.
- Check filters.
- Clean condensate drain pans.
- Perform cooling system start-up.
- Test safety controls.
- Measure system pressure and temperature.
- Check motor amperage.
- Perform heating system start-up check.

Company doesn't want to file warranty claim so I could get reimbursed for covered parts.

While your unit may be covered under the manufacturer’s warranty, which we did not install or sold it to you, which that typically applies only to the cost of replacement parts. Labor costs for servicing the unit are usually not included and they still apply.
