BUYER BEWARE - I just purchased this product on 9/29/23. The email and password that the vendor provided me did not work. I attempted to reach out to them to get help and resolve the issue. One of their responses was: "What's the problem?" After that, they stopped responding. Once I finally got the username and password to work, I could not rename the account to add my name with my personal email. I tried asking them about it, and they refuse to email me back. I want my money back. I did not get what I paid for. Additionally, the customer service was non-existent.
