Paid for a service I couldn’t receive. I bought the Groupon while on vacation and when I arrived, I was told they didn’t know how to redeem the groupon. The psychic gave me the run around and then redeemed the Groupon the next day. Never received services, never received a call back, nor did I receive any response from the establishment regarding the service or possibly a refund.

I’m so sorry for the confusion and bad experience i would love to offer yous a full refund and another reading to make up for the bad experience i wasn’t available i had covid my mom was in the office

Did not receive this service. Got a back and forth on appointment with psychic that uses the groupons. No answer or return call to set up appointment after Groupon was redeemed by establishment.
