Paid for a service I couldn’t receive. I bought the Groupon while on vacation and when I arrived, I was told they didn’t know how to redeem the groupon. The psychic gave me the run around and then redeemed the Groupon the next day. Never received services, never received a call back, nor did I receive any response from the establishment regarding the service or possibly a refund.
