They make you mark your voucher as completed before you are allowed to book an appointment, making it impossible to get a refund on Groupon and allowing them to get paid right away. This cleaner rescheduled twice and then never showed. It was very hard to get ahold of them and schedule in the first place. When I asked for a refund as I’d rather just go to chevron and clean it myself instead of continuing to wait, this was the hostility that was provided. I did not receive a refund.

I am very disappointed. I had an appointment to for their car cleaning service. They never show up and have not return my calls to see what happen. Could they be a scam or just bad service?
