didn't have product when I first went to pick up but ordered more in and had supply few days later. their address on the mapping system was totally off for location I wanted to go to. sent me 5km further than location was actually at but that was a glitch related to the Google map. trouble was worth it to get the product at the much lower price

one they input the wrong address for pickup, had to drive 2 different places. once arrived on 2nd visit I had to pay tax?? bad experience

The price and service were good but the addresses on the coupon were wrong, had to drive to three different locations across town to be able to pick up purchase.
Can Image manager was very helpful and arranged for pick up for the following day .
Lately I have had difficulties , I cannot currently print passes for event at the Ricoh Center on March 30th.
